Miratech seeks a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead hands-on technical delivery for CX and contact center solutions. You will shape scalable Java/Spring Boot services, APIs, and front-end experiences using React and TypeScript, with API-first and event-driven design guiding architecture.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to define platform roadmaps, ensure security and performance, and drive production-readiness across voice, digital channels, and enterprise integrations.

Competenze

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with architecture ownership.
• Expert Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, persistence, security, testing, and performance engineering.
• Strong expertise in Angular or React and TypeScript; can guide frontend architecture.
• Familiar with Node.js for services and integrations.
• Deep knowledge of voice infrastructure, real-time communications (SIP, WebRTC, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio).
• API-first design, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native engineering.
• Relational databases (PostgreSQL) and AWS experience; Amazon Connect preferred.
• Hands-on with CX platforms and routing/engagement concepts; strong documentation skills.

• Develop Java and Spring Boot services, APIs, integrations, and reference implementations.
• Guide frontend architecture with React and TypeScript for agent, supervisor, and admin experiences.

• Design integrations across voice infra, digital channels, routing engines, CRM, and analytics.
• Define non-functional requirements for availability, security, observability, and DR.
• Review designs, identify risks, and drive decisions balancing quality, time, and cost.
