Miratech is seeking a senior software engineer to design and build a next-generation routing engine for enterprise-scale contact center operations. You will develop core services for intelligent distribution of voice and digital interactions in real time.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with distributed applications and architecture.
• Expert-level Java and Spring Boot with microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven systems.
• Experience with contact center routing, ACD concepts, and high-throughput transaction systems.
