Alsco Uniforms is looking for a District Manager to oversee daily route operations and service performance in Colorado. You will manage route schedules, coverage, and workload while coaching drivers and service staff to achieve high standards and accountability.

The role requires strong communication and customer service skills, along with a valid license and a clean driving record. Travel within the branch area is expected to ensure top-notch service and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in route operations or logistics leadership.
• 1+ years of direct supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record; must be 21+.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily execution of delivery and service routes to ensure accurate and efficient customer service.
• Manage route schedules, territory coverage, and workload distribution to maximize route productivity.
• Lead, coach, and develop route drivers and service team members to drive performance and accountability.
• Ensure consistent customer service and respond to escalated concerns, service issues, and delivery challenges.
• Promote and enforce all company safety policies, DOT regulations (if applicable), and procedures.
