Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Houston, TX is seeking a District Manager to oversee daily route operations, delivery performance and service teams to ensure high-quality service.

You will manage route schedules, coach drivers, handle escalated customer concerns, and enforce safety policies, including DOT regulations. This role requires frequent travel within the branch area and a strong focus on performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in route operations, delivery management, transportation, service management, or logistics leadership.
• 1+ years of direct leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
• Valid driving license and a driving record free of major violations, and must be 21 or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily delivery and service routes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage route schedules, coverage, and workload to maximize productivity.
• Lead, coach, and develop drivers and service team members.
• Address escalated service issues and delivery challenges with customers.
• Promote safety policies and DOT regulations and procedures.
