Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of relevant sales experience.
• Residence in Colorado, ideally Front Range.
• Willingness to travel 3–5 overnight stays per month.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Territory Revenue & Growth Targets and achieve sales quotas across commercial roofing product lines.
• Expand territory revenue by executing a targeted growth plan.
• Develop and sustain high-impact customer relationships with contractors and distributors.
• Identify opportunities with architects, building owners, and designers to drive product adoption.
• Prepare competitive bids and negotiate pricing within guidelines to secure profitable contracts.
• Provide product demonstrations, technical training, and on-site support to customers and channel partners.
• Collaborate with marketing, technical services, and product management to drive territory success.
