Job summary

Johns Manville is seeking a Sales Representative for the Colorado territory to drive revenue growth and build long‑term customer partnerships across commercial roofing product lines. You will develop and execute growth plans, visit customers, and manage pipeline with distributors, contractors, architects and building owners.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of sales experience, with travel and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 yrs of sales experience and/or JM relevant experience.
• Equivalents of education and experience will be considered.
• Valid driver’s license; residence within the state of Colorado, ideally in the front range region.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales quotas and margin goals across assigned commercial roofing product lines.
• Expand territory revenue by developing and executing a growth plan with contractors, distributors, architects, and owners.
• Build & sustain high‑impact relationships through regular customer visits, reviews, and pipeline assessments.
• Provide on‑site technical assistance and product demonstrations to customers and channel partners.
• Collaborate with marketing, technical services, and product management to drive territory success.
