Educates on leak-call investigations, repair procedures, and roof inspections.
Plans and participates in company education programs for new hires and technicians.
Recruits, trains, mentors, and retains maintenance workforce.
Partners with management to ensure consistency in repairs and service.
Develops planning processes to maximize manpower, materials, and equipment productivity.
Ensures customer expectations are met and resources are used efficiently.
