The role requires strong roofing knowledge, leadership, and the ability to manage estimates, projects, and daily reports. Travel statewide as needed and supervise a team of roof techs and crew leaders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; five years in commercial roofing.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial roofing systems and installation methods.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage large projects and budgets.
• statewide travel up to ~60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead local operation with a target team and safety plan.
• Sell work and grow branch operations.
• Estimate work and manage service jobs.
• Hire, train and evaluate employees.
• Read drawings, manage job cost analyses.
• Maintain dispatch board and weekly reporting.
• Ensure OSHA and Company safety demands.
