Job summary

Advanced Roofing, Inc in Jupiter, FL is seeking a Service Superintendent to lead the Service Department's roofing repair and maintenance projects, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and budget adherence. Qualifications

High school diploma.
Minimum five (5) years field experience and roof repair.
OSHA 10 hour safety course preferred.

Responsibilities

Enforce branch objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within corporate policy.
Monitor quantity and quality of work performed by the branch.
Provide leadership to foremen—fostering safety, teamwork and discipline—resulting in efficient and professional roof system installation.
Represent the company in a professional manner in all dealings with customers, personnel and the public.
Effectively manage all aspects of production to meet company and project goals.
Assist and help diagnose difficult leaks.
Provide takeoffs and proposals for customer requests.
Coordinate, supervise and manage subcontractors.
Monitor quality of installations.
