Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in avionics systems or related engineering field.
• Deep expertise in avionics architecture and control system development.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the avionics and control system technical baseline for the assigned rocket engine program.
• Lead all design reviews for the assigned engine avionics systems.
• Provide technical oversight for integration of avionics hardware and software.
• Mentor and develop engineers at all levels.
