This role involves defining a technical vision, leading design reviews, and mentoring engineering teams while addressing complex technical risks in systems integration. The ideal candidate holds a B.S. in a relevant field and has over 10 years of experience in avionics or control systems.

• 10+ years of experience in avionics systems or related engineering field.
• Deep expertise in avionics architecture and control system development.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Own the avionics and control system technical baseline for the assigned rocket engine program.
