The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in avionics systems, a B.S. in Engineering, and a passion for aerospace innovation. This position includes up to 10% travel and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in avionics or control systems.
• Deep hands-on expertise in avionics and embedded systems.
• Strong working knowledge of control theory and digital signal processing.

Responsibilities

• Own avionics and control system technical baseline.
• Lead design reviews with full technical approval authority.
• Mentor and develop engineers at all levels.
