Job summary

Accenture’s Physical AI team seeks a Robotics Services Sales Senior Manager to originate, shape, and close robotics automation opportunities within the broader Physical AI portfolio. You will lead robotics pursuits from discovery to delivery transition, building a trusted relationship with operations, manufacturing and executive stakeholders.

Travel up to 75% is required. A strong track record in robotics, automation, and industry-facing sales is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical or business-related field.
8+ years in technology sales, robotics, automation consulting, or related industries.
At least 3 years focused on robotics, automation, autonomous systems or advanced manufacturing services.
Proven track record originating and closing robotics/automation engagements with C-level buyers.
Experience selling consulting, solutioning, integration, implementation or managed services (not only hardware).
Strong understanding of Physical AI transformation lifecycle and related orchestration and operations.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a robotics-services sales strategy across priority accounts and industries.
Build and manage a qualified pipeline in industrial robotics and autonomous systems.
Identify opportunities addressing labor constraints, throughput, cost per task, and safety.
Lead cross-functional pursuits with operations, manufacturing, automation and executive teams.
Shape value cases, proposals, and contracts; manage end-to-end delivery transition.
