Job summary

Accenture's Next Gen Robotics team seeks a seasoned robotics leader to develop scalable Physical AI solutions, from ROS-based systems to autonomous drones and humanoid concepts. You will work with clients, partners, and industry units to shape roadmaps and deliver PoC through production rollout.

The role requires 5+ years in robotics, hands-on leadership of technical workstreams, and experience guiding projects in industrial or research settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with classical robotics technologies: ROS/ROS2, motion planning, sensor fusion, and simulation environments.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Products, H&PS, Resources, CMT, or related industries (Automotive, Life Sciences, Public Services preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading technical workstreams (e.g., Solution Architect, Tech Lead).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading robotics/software consulting projects in industrial/research settings.
• Bachelor's degree in robotics, computer science, or equivalent work experience (12 years total).

Responsibilities

• Build Physical AI & Robotics solutions transforming client operations.
• Develop scalable Physical AI architectures focusing on autonomy and VLA model integration.
• Lead a Physical AI/Robotics Centre of Excellence (3–10 people) through PoC, pilot, and production rollout.
• Conduct technology benchmarks and demos using foundation models (NVIDIA, OpenVLA).
• Coordinate with clients, partners, and Accenture units from roadmap to implementation.
• Contribute to Next-Gen Robotics strategy and ecosystem positioning.
• Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to create standout offerings.
• Develop relationships with clients and build business cases for recommended solutions.
• Support Accenture sales efforts when needed.
• Travel weekly to client sites (Mon–Thu); travel 25–100% depending on need.
