Job summary

Accenture PLC in the United States is seeking a Senior Robotics/AI leader to build Physical AI and robotics solutions across AMRs, drones, and humanoids, guiding architecture and deployment from PoC to production.

You will lead a Physical AI Centre of Excellence (3–10 people), coordinate with clients and partners, and shape technology roadmaps while travelling 25%–100% to client sites as needed. A strong robotics background and cross-functional leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years with robotics technologies (ROS/ROS2, motion planning, sensor fusion).
• Minimum 5 years leading technical workstreams in interdisciplinary teams.
• Minimum 3 years leading robotics/tech consulting projects in industrial/research contexts.
• Bachelor's degree in robotics, CS or related field or 12+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Build Physical AI & Robotics solutions transforming client operations.
• Develop scalable Physical AI architectures with autonomy, VLA integration, real-time systems, and sim-to-real pipelines.
• Manage a Physical AI/Robotics Centre of Excellence (3–10 people) across PoC, pilot, and production rollout.
• Engage with clients and partners, aligning roadmaps with ecosystem players such as NVIDIA, Boston Dynamics, and Universal Robots.
