Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a senior Robotics leader to design and scale Physical AI robotics solutions, from PoC to production rollout, across industries in the U.S. You will guide architecture, mentor teams, and coordinate with clients and ecosystem partners.

Role focuses on autonomy, VLA model integration, real-time systems, and integration with enterprise platforms. A strong background in robotics engineering and consulting is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with classical robotics technologies (ROS/ROS2, motion planning, sensor fusion, simulation environments).
• Minimum 5 years in Products, HPS, Resources, CMT, or related industries; automotive, life sciences, and public services preferred.
• Minimum 5 years leading technical workstreams (Solution Architect, Tech Lead, or Integrative Tech Generalist).
• Minimum 3 years leading robotics, software, or technology consulting projects in industrial or research environments.

Responsibilities

• Build Physical AI & Robotics solutions that transform clients’ operations.
• Develop scalable Physical AI architectures with autonomy, VLA model integration, real-time systems, and sim-to-real pipelines.
• Lead a Physical AI / Robotics Centre of Excellence (3–10 people) across PoC, pilot, and production rollout.
• Coordinate with clients, partners, and Accenture industry units from roadmap to implementation; engage NVIDIA, Boston Dynamics, and Universal Robots.
• Contribute to Next-Gen Robotics strategy, tech roadmaps, partner development, and internal enablement.
