Job summary

Symbotic is seeking a Senior Service Operations Project Manager to lead and coordinate multi-department projects from initiation to completion. You will ensure alignment with objectives, timelines, and budgets while collaborating with engineering, site operations, and technology teams to drive service projects forward.

The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, a background in robotic automation, and experience delivering capital projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 5–7 years of project management experience leading Service Operations projects.
• Experience managing design/build, installation, and commissioning of construction projects.
• Background in robotic automation, ASRS, or material handling preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and delivery on time and within budget.
• Proficient with scheduling software, earned value management, and data-driven tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of Service Operations projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives, scope, deliverables, and develop plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables with key stakeholders.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and solicit feedback on progress and outcomes.
• Track progress, manage risks, and drive issue resolution to maintain timelines.
• Act as a liaison between project teams, senior management, and external partners.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency gains, and value creation across projects.
• Drive continuous improvement, capture lessons learned, and optimize project processes.
• Proactively identify risks and guide teams in adapting to changes.
