Job summary

Symbotic seeks a Senior Service Operations Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional projects across the Service Operations organization, from initiation to completion. You will oversee scope, timelines, and budgets while coordinating with engineering, site operations, and technology teams.

You will drive continuous improvement, gather requirements, provide updates, and manage risks to deliver high-quality results in a remote, field-based role with up to 30% travel to client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management or related field.
• 5-7 years of project management experience with a track record of leading Service Operations projects.
• Experience with design/build, installation, commissioning of construction projects including managing site GCs.
• Background in robotic automation, ASRS, or material handling (MHE) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of Service Operations projects, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines.
• Define project objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables with stakeholders; develop plans, timelines and budgets.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables with key stakeholders.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and solicit feedback on progress, addressing deviations.
• Track progress, manage risks, and drive issue resolution to maintain timelines.
• Act as liaison between project teams, senior management, and external partners to ensure alignment.
• Collaborate to identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency gains, and value across projects.
• Drive continuous improvement, capture lessons learned, and optimize processes.
• Identify risks, constraints, and dependencies and lead teams in resolving issues.
