You will leverage advanced sourcing strategies to reach high-caliber passive candidates and fill specialized, hard-to-fill positions. Working closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, you will become deeply embedded in your client's culture, workforce needs, and long-term talent objectives. You will play a strategic role in shaping recruitment practices, delivering an outstanding candidate experience, and helping organizations secure the expertise they need to scale. This is an exciting opportunity for a resourceful talent professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex recruitment challenges. Join a collaborative, globally connected team that values continuous learning, flexibility, and measurable impact.

Accountabilities
  • Source and attract exceptional talent: Identify, engage, and recruit high-quality candidates across robotics, technical engineering, hardware, and related disciplines to meet client hiring needs.
  • Lead advanced sourcing initiatives: Use LinkedIn, Boolean search, talent mapping, professional networks, and creative sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates and build strong talent pipelines for niche and specialized roles.
  • Build trusted client partnerships: Work closely with one client at a time, developing a deep understanding of its culture, business priorities, organizational structure, and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders: Partner with decision-makers to define role requirements, establish effective recruitment strategies, and communicate the importance of strong talent acquisition practices.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: Guide candidates through the hiring process, from initial outreach and qualification to interview coordination, feedback, and offer support, ensuring a professional and engaging experience.
  • Deliver specialized recruitment outcomes: Develop targeted approaches for challenging technical and hardware positions, adapting sourcing strategies to changing market conditions and talent availability.
  • Maintain effective recruitment operations: Keep candidate records, pipelines, communications, and recruitment activities organized and up to date, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and clear reporting.
  • Promote inclusive and effective hiring practices: Help clients build high-performing, diverse teams by supporting fair, thoughtful, and consistent candidate evaluation.
  • Share recruitment expertise and best practices: Contribute market insights, sourcing innovations, and talent acquisition knowledge to strengthen client outcomes and support continuous improvement across the team.
Requirements
  • Relevant recruitment experience: At least four years of technical and hardware recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment, including successfully filling niche, highly specialized, or difficult-to-fill positions.
  • Robotics and engineering talent knowledge: Experience recruiting for technical or hardware-focused roles, with an understanding of specialized talent markets and the challenges involved in identifying candidates with in-demand skills.
  • In-house recruitment experience: Ideally, at least one year of experience working within an internal talent acquisition team, partnering directly with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
  • Advanced sourcing capabilities: Strong proficiency in Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing, talent mapping, and other creative methods for identifying and engaging passive candidates.
  • Excellent communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the confidence to engage candidates professionally and build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Stakeholder management: The ability to establish credibility with hiring managers, understand business needs, influence recruitment decisions, and provide clear, actionable talent market insights.
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail: Strong prioritization, time management, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment activities while maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • Candidate-focused approach: A commitment to delivering a positive, respectful, and transparent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving: The ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment, respond to changing priorities, and develop creative solutions to complex talent acquisition challenges.
  • Collaborative mindset: A willingness to share knowledge, exchange best practices, and contribute to a supportive, globally connected recruitment team.
Benefits
  • Remote and flexible working: Work remotely or in a hybrid arrangement that suits your lifestyle, with an emphasis on trust and flexibility.
  • Learning and development: Access opportunities to strengthen your recruitment expertise, develop new skills, and accelerate your professional growth.
  • Collaborative global environment: Work alongside experienced talent professionals, share knowledge, and learn from colleagues across international teams.
