Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Senior Program Director to lead robotics operations and client delivery onsite across multiple Bay Area sites. You will own end-to-end program health, governance, and cross-site execution with senior stakeholders.

You will act as the senior onsite relationship owner across Robotics Operations, Extended Workforce partners, Apex leadership, and cross-functional teams to build a transparent operating model with disciplined escalation and measurable outcomes in a

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience leading complex, high-velocity operations or program management.
• Experience owning end-to-end delivery across multiple sites and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the onsite senior relationship owner across Robotics Operations and Extended Workforce partners.
• Own the integrated roadmap for scale, site readiness, leadership capacity, and risk retirement.
• Lead operating reviews, executive updates, escalations, and recovery plans with data-driven decisions.
• Establish operating rhythms, governance forums, and performance management mechanisms.
