Job summary
Everforth Apex is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead multi-team programs from initiation through delivery in a Charlotte onsite contract role. You will translate strategy into actionable plans, manage dependencies, and drive automation-driven delivery across product, engineering, and platform teams.
The Senior Delivery Lead will provide real-time delivery insights, govern intake and risk management, and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
Qualifications
- Significant experience leading multi-team delivery in product, platform, or enterprise environments.
- Experience in roles such as Program Manager, Project Manager, Delivery Lead, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and AI accelerated workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-team programs from initiation through delivery, aligning with business goals and timelines.
- Translate strategy into actionable plans, milestones and deliverables.
- Orchestrate cross-team work, managing dependencies and risks.
- Promote automation-first delivery to improve flow and reduce manual effort.
- Provide real-time reporting on delivery health and progress.
