Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Technology Deployment Lead, Robotics Programs to drive large-scale robotics deployment initiatives in complex enterprise environments. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, CS, or related technical field.
• 10+ years leading large-scale technology deployment, systems integration, automation, robotics, or engineering programs.
• Proven experience managing field deployments and client-facing technology implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment execution across robotics engineering and technology programs.
• Balance hands-on deployment with team leadership and client coordination.
• Serve as a client-facing delivery lead for active engagements and scope expansion.
• Develop scalable deployment models and delivery frameworks for growth.
• Provide technical and operational leadership to deployment engineers and field teams.
• Align objectives and milestones with customers and project teams.
• Identify deployment risks and drive continuous improvement.
• Establish governance and metrics to improve consistency across programs.
