Job summary

Anyware Robotics is seeking a Sr. Robotics Infrastructure Engineer to advance the platform that runs AnywareOS across customer robots. You’ll own the release/deployment pipeline, runtime components, fleet management, and AI tooling, shipping production code daily.

You’ll work hands-on as a senior individual contributor, profiling performance, building cloud services on AWS, and contributing to data pipelines and operator web tools used by field teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building/operating production software infra (CI/CD, Docker, AWS or GCP) for edge/real-time systems.
• Strong modern C++ and Python with Linux debugging and performance profiling.
• Low-level systems depth: IPC, networking, shared memory, concurrency, latency/throughput.
• Fluent in AI-assisted development; review coding agents output.

Responsibilities

• Ship software to the fleet — CI/CD, Docker images, releases, and deployments across customer robots.
• Make the on-robot runtime fast and predictable — profile and optimize robot services, middleware communication, and compute usage to meet cycle-time budgets.
• Build the fleet management system (FMS) — cloud services that connect the fleet to customers' warehouse systems on secure AWS infrastructure defined as code.
• Build the robot data platform — pipelines that bring robot data to the cloud and turn it into ML training data and fleet health monitoring.
• Build web applications — the operator HMI on every robot and the internal tools engineers, operators, and field teams use daily.
• Build AI tools and agentic workflows — agents that automate engineering and operations work across development, deployment, and the field.
