Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a seasoned Technical Field Service professional to join the Customer Management team. The role requires independence, project leadership, and hands-on experience with robotics and medical equipment in a regulated environment.

Flexibility for significant travel, up to 80% local/regional and up to 20% domestic travel, and responsibility for uptime and MTTR will be essential. Strong MS Office skills and a Bachelor’s in a technical field are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field as stated.
• 4–6 years of experience in capital medical technology industry.
• Experience with software, mechanical-electrical mechanisms, and robotics knowledge.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, repair, and de-install medical robotics systems.
• Analyze data logs to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Lead RSE Service Team activities and ensure safe, reliable service solutions.
• Document tasks, metrics, and ECO processes for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Systems Engineering, Product Support, Quality and cross-functional teams.
