Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Service Repair Technician, Flexible Robotics, to service and repair electro-mechanical products in a fast-paced environment in Santa Clara, CA. You will set up and test robotic platforms, work with engineering and quality teams to resolve failures, and ensure GMP/GDP practices are followed.

This full-time role includes comprehensive benefits and a path for career growth. The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field and at least two years of hands-on experience

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering and 2 years of related experience.
• Experience configuring computer hardware and software.
• Proficiency with Jira, MES, SharePoint, JAMA, Airtable, and Agile PLM.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair designed electronic or mechanical products following quality standards.
• Set up and operate electro-mechanical equipment and fixtures for repairs; log test data.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to identify root causes.
• Perform troubleshooting, testing, and repair of robotic platforms at subsystem levels.
• Document test plans, results, and traceability with product specs; ensure GMP/GDP compliance.
• Maintain test stations, install software/firmware in electro-mechanical systems, and support incident investigations.
