Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is hiring a Sr. Robotic Solutions Engineer (RSE), Field Service, to be based in Cincinnati, OH.

You will contribute to a high-performance Technical Field Service team, applying advanced robotics, software, and engineering expertise to support customers. You will design and implement service programs, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve uptime and MTTR while traveling locally and regionally as needed.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in capital medical technology industry.
• Experience with software, mechanical electrical mechanisms and robotic technology.
• Ability to work effectively in a regulated medical environment.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• System setup, movement, maintenance, repair, and de-installation.
• Data log analysis and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Lead the RSE Service Team in technical and non-technical activities.
• Document tasks and metrics for the team.
• Ensure safe, robust service solutions with proper documentation and ECO processes.
• Interface with Systems Engineering, Product Support Engineers, Quality, and cross-functional teams.
