Qualifications

• 4–6 years in capital medical technology industry.
• Experience with software, mechanical-electrical systems, and robotics technology.
• Excellent written and oral English; ability to work in a team.
• Familiarity with regulated medical environments.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, repair, and de-install robotic systems.
• Analyze data logs for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Lead RSE service team in technical and non-technical activities.
• Provide status updates to senior management.
• Coordinate with Systems Engineering, Quality, and Product Support for uptime improvements.
