Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in capital medical technology industry.
• Experience with software, mechanical/electrical mechanisms and various robotic technologies.
• Basic knowledge of working in a regulated medical environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a group/team environment.
• Strong ability to conceptualize, develop and manage projects, processes, and timelines.
• Experience developing and executing new processes.
• Written and oral English proficiency.
• Strong ability to build productive relationships with coworkers and teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• System set-up, movement, maintenance, repair, and de-installation.
• Data log analysis and management to troubleshoot issues.
• Lead the RSE Service Team in technical and non-technical duties to keep equipment functional.
• Document tasks and metrics for the team.
• Ensure safe, robust service solutions with proper documentation and ECO processes.
• Participate in process improvements to increase team efficiency.
• Continual learning and trainings to expand RSE knowledge across robotics systems.
• Work safely in a manufacturing environment and follow safety requirements.
• Provide status reports to senior management on goals and progress.
• Interface with Systems Engineering, Product Support, Quality and cross-functional teams to improve uptime and MTTR.
