Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Robotics Solutions Engineer (Field Service) to support robotic medical systems in hospital and manufacturing settings. You will perform setup, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and de-installation with guidance, ensuring system availability and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 2–3 years in field service or robotics, strong troubleshooting, and excellent communication in English.

Competenze

2-3 years of field service or related technical environment experience.
Experience with robotic medical systems or capital equipment.
Foundational troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, software.
Familiarity with GMP/ISO and hospital environments.
Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Mansioni

Perform system set-up, installation and commissioning for robotic medical systems and related equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, software, and system-performance issues using approved docs and tools.
Coordinate with hospital stakeholders for service visits, site readiness, and safety requirements.
Maintain complete service records including work orders, parts usage, and system configuration data.
Travel locally/regionally and communicate status/risks to support teams.
