Job summary

Accenture's Next Gen Robotics Team seeks a seasoned robotics leader to architect and deliver scalable AI-powered automation solutions for global industrial clients. You will guide architecture, integrate ROS2 stacks, and oversee cross-functional delivery teams from PoC to production.

Travel may be required as projects span multiple sites, and you will collaborate with clients, partners, and industry units to drive tech roadmaps and robust demo/test setups.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in robotics, consulting, or software projects with a strong technical focus.
• Hands-on experience with ROS2, motion planning, sensor fusion, and simulators (Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, Gazebo).
• Experience with Physical AI, foundation models, VLA architectures, and sim-to-real transfer.
• Experience with synthetic data generation and world models for scalable robot training.
• Proficient in Python and C++, including Git, CI/CD, and architecture-based development.
• Led technical project roles (architect, lead engineer, or integrative tech generalist).
• Exposure to edge AI deployment (NVIDIA Jetson, TensorRT, real-time control 30–100 Hz).

Responsibilities

• Technical leadership of robotics innovation projects including architecture design, implementation, and integration for global clients.
• Develop scalable Physical AI architectures with autonomy, real-time systems, and simulation.
• Manage interdisciplinary delivery teams (3–10 people) from PoC to production rollout.
• Execute technology benchmarks, venture screenings, and robust demo/test setups.
• Coordinate with clients, partners, and Accenture industry units from roadmap to implementation.
• Contribute to Next-Gen Robotics strategy via tech roadmaps and partner development.
