Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned robotics leader to drive innovative projects spanning AMRs, autonomous drones, and humanoid systems. You will architect scalable Physical AI solutions, integrate real-time systems, and guide interdisciplinary teams to deliver PoCs, pilots, and production rollouts.

The role requires hands-on experience with ROS2, simulation environments, and foundation model technologies, along with strong Python/C++ programming and client-facing collaboration in a global context.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of robotics, consulting or software projects with a strong technical focus.
• Hands-on experience with ROS2, motion planning, sensor fusion, and simulation environments (Isaac Sim 6.0, Isaac Lab 3.0, MuJoCo, Gazebo).
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Physical AI and foundation model technologies: VLA architectures, robot policy fine-tuning, imitation learning, sim-to-real transfer pipelines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with synthetic data generation and world models (NVIDIA Cosmos, Genesis, MuJoCo MJX) for scalable robot training at scale.
• Proficient in Python and C++, including Git, CI/CD, and architecture-based development.
• Experience in leading technical project roles (architect, lead engineer, or integrative tech generalist) in interdisciplinary teams.
• Exposure to edge AI deployment for robotics: NVIDIA Jetson/Isaac platform, TensorRT optimization, real-time control 30–100 Hz.

Responsibilities

• Technical leadership of robotics innovation projects, including architecture design, implementation, and integration for global industrial clients.
• Development of scalable Physical AI architectures focusing on autonomy, VLA, real-time systems, and simulation (Isaac Sim, Isaac Lab, Cosmos).
• Management of interdisciplinary delivery teams (3–10 people) across PoC, pilot, and production rollout phases.
• Execution of technology benchmarks, venture screenings, and robust demo/test setups.
• Close coordination with clients, partners, and Accenture industry units—from roadmap creation to implementation.
• Contributing to Next-Gen Robotics strategy: roadmaps, partner development, and internal enablement initiatives.
