Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Robotics Architect to lead global robotics projects, architect scalable Physical AI systems, and guide interdisciplinary teams through PoC, pilots, and production rollouts.

You will shape technology roadmaps, coordinate with clients and partners, and contribute to the Next-Gen Robotics strategy while advancing autonomy, simulation, and real‑time control initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of robotics, consulting, or software project experience with strong technical focus.
• Solid experience with modern robotics stacks: ROS2, motion planning, sensor fusion, and simulation environments (Isaac Sim 6.0, Isaac Lab 3.0, MuJoCo, Gazebo).
• Hands-on experience with Physical AI and foundation model technologies: VLA architectures, robot policy fine-tuning, imitation learning, and sim-to-real transfer pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership of robotics innovation projects, including architecture design, implementation, and integration for global industrial clients.
• Develop scalable Physical AI architectures focusing on autonomy, ROS2-based pipelines, and real-time systems.
• Manage interdisciplinary delivery teams (3–10 people) across PoC, pilot, and production rollout phases.
• Execute technology benchmarks, venture screenings, and establish robust demo and test setups.
• Coordinate with clients, partners, and Accenture industry units from roadmap creation to productive implementation.
• Contribute to the Next-Gen Robotics strategy with tech roadmaps and partner development.
