Requires 4–6 years robotics/PLC experience, proficiency with Fanuc/Yaskawa/ABB, Cognex/Keyence/iRVision, CAD/SolidWorks, and willingness to travel 30–40%.

Qualifications

• 2- or 4-year engineering degree required.
• 4–6 years in industrial robotics & PLC integration on custom machinery.
• Hands-on mastery with Fanuc, Yaskawa or ABB robots and PLC troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with industrial vision systems, CAD/SolidWorks, and offline simulation tools.
• Willingness to travel 30–40% and reside near Greater Milwaukee, WI.

Responsibilities

• Initialize robotic platforms and configure I/O networks on major robot brands.
• Design control logic to coordinate with master PLCs and equipment.
• Deploy vision systems for guidance, inspection, and high-speed handling.
• Lead in-house assembly, wiring verification, and EOAT integration.
• Execute field commissioning domestically and internationally.
• Support applications engineering with layout insights and feasibility data.
• Mentor in-house staff to optimize build workflows and quality.
