• Proficient with Fanuc, Yaskawa or ABB robot platforms and PLC troubleshooting.
• Experience with industrial vision systems and CAD/SolidWorks.

Responsabilités

• Initialize Robotic Platforms: set up cells, calibrate, configure I/O networks for Fanuc/ABB/Yaskawa.
• Design Control Logic & Architecture: develop PLC handshaking and machine coordination.
• Deploy Industrial Vision Systems: integrate Cognex/Keyence/iRVision for guidance and inspection.
• Lead In-House Assembly & Debug: supervise wiring, EOAT integration, and quality checks.
• Execute Field Commissioning: travel 30–40% domestically/internationally for on-site startup.
• Support Applications Engineering: provide layout insights, cycle-time analyses, quotes.
• Provide Floor Mentorship: coach assemblers and junior technicians on best practices.
