Job summary

Job Juncture seeks an experienced robotics specialist in Milwaukee to own high-complexity, ground-up automation projects. You will lead robotic builds from cell design kickoff to in-house build, shop-floor debug, and final on-site commissioning for global clients.

Qualifications

2-Year or 4-Year Engineering Degree required.
4–6 years of dedicated robotic, PLC and vision integration experience.
Hands-on mastery of Fanuc, Yaskawa, or ABB robot platforms with advanced PLC troubleshooting skills.
Proficiency with industrial vision systems, offline simulation tools, and CAD/SolidWorks.

Responsibilities

Initialize robotic platforms and configure I/O networks across Fanuc, ABB, and Yaskawa robots.
Design control logic and architecture for seamless PLC handshaking and coordination with equipment.
Integrate and program industrial vision systems for guidance, inspection, and handling.
Lead in-house assembly, wiring checks, and EOAT integration.
Travel 30–40% domestically and internationally for on-site commissioning with clients.
