DoorDash Labs is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for robotics and autonomy initiatives. You will partner with engineering and leadership to translate requirements into sourcing strategies, oversee offer processes, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

We expect strong technical literacy to assess engineering talent, and the role involves partnering with a robust sourcing team to maintain a steady pipeline of top candidates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting within autonomy, robotics, or a similarly niche engineering field.
• Experience using talent market insights and data to influence decisions within leadership.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence to engage with internal and external leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with DoorDash Labs leaders to qualify technical requirements and develop tailored strategies for team growth.
• Collaborate with sourcing teams to review talent pipelines and ensure a consistent flow of high-caliber candidates for specialized roles.
• Lead the offer and closing process by navigating compensation conversations and selling the opportunity.
• Leverage data and industry trends to build and execute closing strategies.
• Assist in creating and maintaining a world-class candidate experience.
