Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience executing full-cycle B2B sales.
• 3+ years selling highly multidisciplinary systems (e.g., elevators, automated systems, warehouse automation).
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial instincts and disciplined execution.
• Charismatic communicator capable of managing long sales cycles and maintaining motivation.
• Experience selling in the United States market is mandatory (East Coast preferred).
• Willingness to travel up to 40% (mostly to client sites).

Responsibilities

• Execute the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution for automated systems.
• Develop relationships with real estate developers, owners, general contractors, architects, and consultants across the East Coast.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, healthcare, and municipal sectors.
• Manage multi-stakeholder sales processes with technical presentations and site assessments.
• Collaborate with the commercial coordinator and sales operations to ensure proper scoping and pricing.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM updates; represent the company at industry events.
