Job summary

Coesia North America is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead high‑speed robotics solutions across the Northeast and Midwest territories. You will blend technical insight with strategic account management to win new business and expand existing relationships.

Work with engineering, automation, service and marketing teams to deliver complete PWR automation solutions, including robotic cells, controls, vision, and training. Travel up to 60% is expected.

Qualifications

• 7–15+ years in technical sales or business development.
• Strong background in robotics or high-speed industrial equipment.
• Ability to manage complex engineered sales cycles.
• Proven winner in target-driven environments.
• Travel readiness up to 60%.
