Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience utilizing TxDOT specific processes, manuals, or guidance.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Project Execution Plan and outline project tasks.
• Maintain contact with clients and conduct progress meetings.
• Review and negotiate project scope changes and budgets.
