Job summary

Consor seeks an experienced Project Manager focused on roadway design to lead transportation projects in Florida. You will organize teams, manage scope, budgets, and schedules while coordinating with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions.

The role emphasizes leadership, client communication, and mentorship of engineers, with opportunities to shape project delivery and technical standards across the practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer or reciprocity is required.
• 9 years of diversified engineering experience in infrastructure (roadway projects) with at least 7 in supervisory/management capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for transportation projects from planning to design and construction.
• Plan, staff, budget, and schedule project teams and communicate with clients.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary delivery with clients, subconsultants, and agencies.
• Review reports and mentor junior engineers and project staff.
