Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience.
• At least 4 years of progressive responsibility within the industry.
• PA Turnpike or PennDOT roadway design experience.
• Pennsylvania PE is required.
• Experience in DOT design methods, plan preparation, standards, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage roadway projects in Pennsylvania.
• Hire and manage production staff for roadway design.
• Prepare and track project documentation.
• Prepare correspondence and documents as required.
