Job summary

Dewberry is seeking a Highway Project Manager for its Pennsylvania offices to lead highway design projects for PennDOT, PA Turnpike, and local agencies. You will supervise staff, monitor budgets and schedules, and prepare proposals while interfacing with clients and contributing to staff development.

The ideal candidate holds a BS in Civil Engineering, a PA Professional Engineer license, and at least eight years of relevant experience, with proficiency in MicroStation and InRoads/OpenRoads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Registered Professional Engineer in PA.
• Minimum 8 years of related experience.
• Experience in highway design including horizontal/vertical alignments, drainage, erosion & sediment control, stormwater, pavement, traffic engineering.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all staff necessary to complete assignments.
• Monitor budgets and schedules.
• Prepare proposals to provide professional services.
• Develop staff.
