Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is actively seeking a Transportation Project Manager to join our Milwaukee-area team.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of roadway design, DOT, and project management experience to oversee complex engineering design tasks, foster client relationships, and drive business development. The role involves leading multi-project delivery, coordinating with subconsultants, and mentoring staff while maintaining QA/QC standards and adherence to budget and schedule

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required.
• WI PE license or eligible within 6 months.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in design and project management.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and Westwood offices across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design and delivery of projects in a profitable manner.
• Oversee the technical aspects of various projects.
• Supervise the work of engineers and/or technical support personnel assigned to the project.
• Develop project work plans and budget projections and effectively deploy resources.
• Review, interpret and act upon business metrics including utilization, backlog, work in process and accounts receivable.
• Lead business development activities and build client relationships.
