Westwood Professional Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Transportation Project Manager to join our team in delivering complex roadway design and project management.

You will lead project delivery, mentor staff, and oversee client relations across multiple concurrent projects. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of roadway design/DOT experience, a strong background in budgeting, scheduling, and QA/QC, and the ability to grow business opportunities while coordinating with agencies and subconsultants

Qualifications

• 8+ years of roadway design, DOT and project management experience.
• Experience leading design projects and managing teams
• Proven ability to mentor staff and develop business opportunities
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and invoicing

Responsibilities

• Manage the design and delivery of projects in a profitable manner.
• Oversee the technical aspects of various projects.
• Supervise engineers and technical staff assigned to projects.
• Develop project work plans and budgets; allocate resources.
• Prepare schedules for multiple concurrent projects and track milestones.
• Lead business development activities and client relationships.
• Coordinate with government agencies and subconsultants.
• Assist in contract bidding and value engineering.
