Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Civil Engineer (PE) in Nevada or able to obtain within 6 months.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in public infrastructure design.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design and delivery of projects in a profitable manner.
• Lead the technical aspects of various projects.
• Prepare plans, specs, and cost estimates for diverse projects.
• Supervise engineers and technical staff on projects.
• Perform field reviews and other design-related assessments.
• Develop work plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with agencies, subconsultants, and other disciplines.
• Support business development, client contact, and proposal activities.
• Mentor and guide junior staff to grow the team.
