8+ years of roadway design, DOT and project management experience.
Ability to manage projects profitably and lead teams.
Travel may be required to project sites and Westwood offices across the United States.

Responsibilities

Oversee the design and delivery of projects in a profitable manner.
Supervise engineers and support personnel assigned to projects.
Develop work plans, budgets, and allocate resources effectively.
Coordinate with government agencies, utility providers and subconsultants.
Lead business development activities and prepare proposals.
Ensure QA/QC procedures are implemented and maintained.
