GAI Consultants Inc. in Indiana seeks an Engineering Manager to lead the successful delivery of scope, schedule, budget, and quality for roadway design projects within the Ohio River Valley sector. You will supervise multi-discipline teams and engage in marketing and client development efforts.

The ideal candidate holds a PE license with 15+ years in transportation infrastructure, and has proven experience coordinating with INDOT and Indiana municipalities to deliver complex, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Indiana.
• 15+ years of progressive engineering experience, preferably in transportation or municipal infrastructure.
• Proven experience managing engineering teams and overseeing multiple projects.
• Experience working with INDOT and local Indiana municipalities.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee engineering scope, schedule, budget, and quality for roadway design projects.
• Supervise and mentor engineering staff and coordinate multi-discipline teams.
• Serve as primary client liaison and contribute to marketing and business development.
