GAI Consultants, Inc. seeks a motivated leader to grow and direct our Roadway practice in the Ohio River Valley Region, overseeing efforts across West Virginia, Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky.

The role focuses on client management, project management, quality control, and business development for public sector opportunities. The senior leader will guide staff, develop teams, and coordinate proposals and LOIs, while ensuring delivery on complex engineering transportation projects across multiple

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering is required; M.S. in Engineering preferred.
• Must be a Registered PE with reciprocity in WV, OH, KY and IN.
• Driver's License required.
• Minimum 25 years of experience developing business with public clients.

Responsabilités

• Lead GAI's Roadway practice growth and leadership across multiple states (WV, OH, KY, IN).
• Direct client management, project management, and quality control for major projects.
• Oversee business development and proposals for public sector opportunities.
• Develop teams, mentoring staff, and ensuring project delivery meets objectives.
• Manage projects up to significant scope within regional portfolio.
