GAI Consultants, Inc. in the Ohio River Valley is seeking a senior civil engineering leader to direct multi-discipline infrastructure projects for public and private clients.

The role focuses on client management, business development, and delivering complex projects in a growing regional practice. The ideal candidate holds a PE license, a Bachelor’s in engineering, 20+ years of experience, and is capable of sales to support the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 20+ years of Civil Engineering experience, with 5+ in the local market preferred.
• Must be a registered Professional Engineer (P.E.).
• Capable of sales to support team.
• Knowledge of civil drainage, grading, and utilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.

Responsabilités

• Provide sales and client management for existing and new strategic clients.
• Lead multi-disciplined infrastructure projects for the region.
• Develop responses for cost proposals, RFPs, and RFQs.
• Develop project management plans focusing on client satisfaction and profitability.
• Negotiate contracts and assist with strategic planning.
• Contribute to public profile through leadership roles in communities and organizations.
• Prepare weekly backlog and manpower updates.
