Job summary

Horrocks in Denver, CO seeks a Design-Build Roadway Lead/Manager to drive transportation projects in the Mountain West region. You will lead roadway teams, coordinate with discipline leads, and oversee design, analyses, and delivery to meet client goals.

This senior role requires PE licensure and a track record of managing complex DB/PDB projects. You will work with local and national contractors, advancing innovative solutions, while mentoring staff and ensuring quality and schedule adherence

Qualifications

• Licensed PE with ability to obtain in target states.
• 10+ years in transportation infrastructure design.
• 5+ years leading roadway design on infrastructure projects.
• 3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience.
• Strong leadership and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead roadway discipline engineering teams for DB/PDB pursuits and projects.
• Coordinate with other discipline leads and integrate into project delivery team.
• Lead roadway design, analyses, studies, reports, plans, specs, and quantities.
• Maintain positive client relationships and ensure deadlines are met.
• Grow professional skills and mentor junior engineers.
