Job summary

UCI Health is seeking a Supervisor, Perioperative Services to oversee frontline perioperative teams, coordinate staffing, and ensure safe, efficient patient flow in the surgical environment. The role includes onboarding, ongoing competency coaching, and driving quality and safety initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of perioperative experience or 2 years with supervisory leadership, an active RN license, and BSN. Strong communication and conflict management are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years perioperative experience or 2 years perioperative plus supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Direct frontline supervision of perioperative coworkers

• Ensure safe flow of surgical cases and patient care activities
